There's a link on Firebird's site that point's directly to the document in
question. You'll find it in the Documentation section then under Technical
Articles. And, the document is only $18.00. But, I found that is in the
search too: document No. ANSI X3.135-1992 (R1998).

As you, I never was able to find this document doing a search. But, this
document seems to only cover SQL-92. In the search, I found that there are
some documents that seems to refer to SQL-99(by looking at the date of the
document): ANSI/ISO/IEC 9075-1-1999 to ANSI/ISO/IEC 9075-5-1999 (5
documents in all). They are $18.00 each

The more expensive documents seems to be ISO/IEC only and not ANSI.
