As you, I never was able to find this document doing a search. But, this
document seems to only cover SQL-92. In the search, I found that there are
some documents that seems to refer to SQL-99(by looking at the date of the
document): ANSI/ISO/IEC 9075-1-1999 to ANSI/ISO/IEC 9075-5-1999 (5
documents in all). They are $18.00 each
The more expensive documents seems to be ISO/IEC only and not ANSI.
