As the sweep is the only thing that will get rid of rolled back
transactions, then there is likely to be a difference.
Also I believe that it is the start transaction that clears up the TIP
(Transaction information page?).
Plus for you to get info from the TIP, I'm guessing that the tool that gets
ut starts its own transaction.
