Unfortunately, I run under Windows 2000 at the moment and I don't have a
Linux system setup, I'm just hoping to have a minute to do so(not enough
hours in a day). I know they went to GLIBC 2.2 or later for 64 bit file
I/O. Maybe, if you can upgrade to it and then see if the problem still
persists.

Did someone from Firebird Development read Lev's e-mail regarding the
possible memory leak? Can someone confirm that this is fixed in Firebird
1.0 final release?
