I have a program that runs as a service (on NT/2000/XP) or with a gui
interface (on 95/98/ME). It creates a database by calling the API function
isc_dsql_execute_immediate. The works properly from the gui version but the
service one gives an error "unavailable database". The Firebird database is
running and I can create databases from everywhere but the service. Anyone
know why this is and what the "unavailable database" message could mean?
