What he meant to say IMHO is that since Netware is not preemptive and it
doesn't have a lot of services that drain CPU like NT, Oracle apparently
does a good job as a well-behaved NLM, at the same time than it doesn't have
to compete with a lot of other processes for HW resources. Hence, the
performance seems to be good.
