My install on mandrake 8.2 gave no errors, Pavel (or Paul) may be able
to confirm the error on SUSE.
Im fiddling around a bit more to see if I can find any obvious reason.
For instance I can connect directly to the /opt/interbase/isc4.gdb
database directly using IB workbench.
