Two questions:

1/ What version of Firebird, and what Operating System?

2/ Has this error occurred during iterative development? By that, I
mean, have you been

o developing the database design and inserting data as you go along

or

o can you create a new database (with all the DDL executed in
one go), run your migration program, and then demonstrate that
the error exists?
