Hi
Something strange is happening!!
I tried this:
in the /opt/interbase/bin directory I typed:
.isql -user sysdba -password masterkey
and i got the message:
bash: .isql: command not found.
And I searched for other ISQL's in the hard disk and I found one in /usr/bin. Maybe that was the one that was being executed.
Well then i tried .gbak - same result, same with ibserver and all other executables in the /bin folder.
But when I try this: "bash gbak" it says: cannot execute binary file.
Maybe something is wrong with my installation - should I try to re-install. How does one uninstall firebird?
