This program is used to calculate Property Values using MASS Appraisal.
Municipalities use it to calculate values (property assessments) that
are then used to levy taxes.

It stores alot of data about each physical property. It is used to
value farmland, marketland, residential homes, condos, commercial
buildings, warehouses, etc.
