If you want to backup an InterBase database (for example) and restore it
as Firebird, this is the procedure. Copy the firebird gbak program to
a system that has InterBase installed. Use it to make a backup of the
database. Restore that backup on a system that has Firebird installed.

Since the gbak doesn't know about features that Firebird doesn't handle,
this should work fine.

The reason for running gbak on a system with InterBase is to get a
gds32.dll that talks nicely with InterBase. When we use a different
name for our dll, this may be a bit more tricky, but should still be
possible.
