We have a developed a multi-user software package using Firebird. We find
that if one usr is running a fairly big report the CPU Useage on the Server
goes to 100% and all other users have a serious spped degredation when
trying to access data at the same time.

Is there any way that we can prevent Firebird giveing 100% usegage to a
user, at the expense of other users on the network?
