Have a local setup with a 1.9Gb gdb file. After the machine has been
shut down or hibernates, then the first attempt to actively connect to it the
gdb file takes about 10 minutes. After that first connection time, connection
time is instant. What on earth is going on? Why the huge delay after a restart?
Machine was shutdown normally.
