Aage,
No - leave those on - just make sure NetBeui and IPX/SPX (if you aern't
using netware) are removed. Make sure you assign fixed IP addresses to your
computer's NICs if you don't have a DNS running and if you want, you can put
each PC name and it's IP in each computer's HOSTS file. This step isn't
needed if you're only talking about a small network.
The server may need a reboot after changing it's IP, it will tell you if it
does, otherwise don't bother.

As for non-TCP/IP: is it correct to just disable "Client for Microsoft
Networks" and "File and Printer sharing for Microsoft Networks", or do I
need to uninstall them?
Will the server (Win2k) require (immediate) rebooting?
