You have to remember that your employer knows you well, because you have been
working there for a couple of years at least. The consultant AFAICT is new, this
doesn't always mean that your employer will take his word over yours. After all you
have a working system, working systems tend to offer more evidence that someone
knows what they are talking about then some idiot with MSC* after his/her name.
