Hello:

I work for a company that is designing a computerized maintenance
management system for network use. I work on the verification and
validation team, and am curious how IB handles simultaneous record
commits, such as when two users attempt to update the same record at
the same time. The front end of this application is being developed in
Delphi. Can someone point me to a good book or article that describes
this in painful detail?

The reason I'm asking this has to do with my need to write some
thorough test cases, and I need as much information as I can get.
