I have been reading through the archives re certain errors and it
seems important to use the same connections string.

Does this mean it is bad to connect to the server direct ( running
the exe on the server ) with its local path and running the exe on a
client with a network path (e.g. c:\server... vs \\server\c\...

What is the reason for this.
