I just downloaded and installed Firebird 1.0.0.796win32.exe and
OdbcJdbc-20010711.zip for the obdc driver on Windows 2000
Professional.

First of all, where the documentation for Firebird i.e(Such as
getting started and how to use the examples)?

I would like to make an odbc connection to the example employee
database included with Firebird, but I cannot seem to find the
username and password for this database to set it up in my odbc
manager.

Any help would certainly be appreciated.
