I cannot add a sql role called "MONITOR" to my gdb. I get the error:

ISC ERROR CODE:335544351

ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
unsuccessful metadata update
user name MONITOR could not be used for SQL role

STATEMENT:
TIB_DSQL: "<TApplication>.frmSQL.dsqlEdit."

I cannot find any user in the database with the name MONITOR. I've even
opened the security database and looked directly and it isn't there. Where
else could a user be stored?

IB6.0.1.6, IBO 4, Delphi 4, Windows XP Home.
