I was able to access reg with regedt32 an all relevant IB keys so I
did the
install with the correct privileges.

Just from command line instsvc install blah blah Ok. Then instsvc
start and it
errors with overlapped I/O. From the CP applet if I unchecked NT
service, it is Ok.

And when installed with the wise script it is fine. Just something I
have screwed up
and don't know how to track it down right now.
