There is no limit on Firebird!

I use IB_SQL in place of IBConsole, and there is a dynamic
monitor of users available.

I understand that there is also a stand alone conection
monitor, but don't have details to hand.

If you are still having problems with a licence limit, then
there is still some IB stuff in use on your machine.
