Hello Serg,

I cannot comment on all your original post, but as you asked...

'typo' is an expression in very common use through out the English speaking
world, and yes, it can mean 'typing mistake'.

1) A dictionary lookup would give "Abbreviated expression for typographical
error. A mistake in keyboarding; not hitting the intended key."

2) A general description would be "silly or non intentional typing/cut &
paste error"...

AFAIK, it probably originated as slang, but is now excepted as a common
word.

HTH,
William.
