Gemini Interbase/Firebird ODBC Driver v 2.1 is out, please check

This is minor update to version 2.0 with the following changes:
- Support for asynchronous query cancellation in InterBase 6.5 via
SQLCancel()
- Support for Firebird RC2
- Support for explicit SET TRANSACTION, COMMIT and ROLLBACK statements
- Password can be stored in DSN settings
- Option to use "soft" commits (COMMIT RETAINING) or "hard" commits (COMMIT)
