I have been tasked with creating some sort of
interface into IB on a hand-held device.

I have the choice of Windows CE or terminal server (DOS)
based screen

I presume Delphi is closed to me for CE therefore
what other development avenues are open?

Is it possible to create a usable interface in something
that will run on terminal server?
