I'm looking for a way to achieve the following:

A contact folder inside outlook, either one per user or shared, but
not using exchange, syncronised with an interbase database (currently v4 but
upgrade to fb possible) currently running on a unix server.

- A reasonable time delay is acceptable (say 20 mins).
- ib/fb to outlook only is fine

any ideas?
