With a database which has been restored by RC2, changing ForcedWrites to
OFF sometimes gives errors in IB_SQL.
The error is:
ISC ERROR CODE:335544344
ISC ERROR MESSAGE:
I/O error for file "F:\FILMINFO\DBS\SL1B3.GDB"
Error while trying to access file
The handle is invalid.
It is now impossible to close the database (or close the program) - EndTask
is necessary.
Restarting and connecting shows that ForceWrites has beeen set to OFF.
Another database created by IB/5.6 or Fb/0.9.x (don't remember), behaves
nicely when changing ForceWrites.
Does this have something to do with Fb's new way of (exclusively) opening
the database file?
I believe this was mentioned once on the IB-support list, but I don't think
anyone commented on it.

Running (a possibly flakey version of) Win2k Pro SP2
