I'd like to apologize for the loss of news mirror access, during the
last 24 hours -- the outage lasted from approx. Jan. 8 @ 16:00 to Jan 9
@ 18:00 EST.

Our ISP experienced a connection/routing issue with their upstream
provider. We will be discussing this situation with our ISP and
developing a recovery/backup plan to try and minimize the impact of any
future outage.

The net effect is that some messages, from the mailing lists, will not
have been transfered to the news server/mirror (most mail messages
expire if not delivered within 24 hours)
