Hello,

I am building a new Linux server to replace a RedHat 6.2 machine
running FB 0.9.4-1. I am thinking about SUSE 7.3 rather than RedHat
7.2. As far as Firebird is concerened, does it matter? I will be
loading RC2 as I have a need for its new features and so far seems to
be stable for my needs. If FB1 is released before 2/1/02, all the
better.

The box will be an Athlon 1800, 1GB RAM, 2 40GB Drives.
