I don't think these lists are for FB/IB _users_.
IMHO most people here are making living by
writing applications for FB/IB,
writing tools to work with FB/IB,
writing components to connect to FB/IB,
providing support for FB/IB,
administering systems based on FB/IB,

Considering the similarity :-) of FB and IB,
why should they restrict themselves to one platform only
(thus lowering their possible revenue) unless they have to ?
