did a quick test with IB 6.5 -- seems to have the same problem as IB 6. Take
a look at borland.public.interbase.bugdiscussion - I posted the same about
the PLAN errors there.

I recall that the buffer was set to 2048 bytes around six months ago.

The interesting thing will be to see if the buffer size has been changed for
IB6.5.
