1. Are you shure you removed commentary sign "#" in this line in
ibconfig?
2. If I remember right, to force server implement changes in ibconfig
it should be restarted.
3. I don't know size of cursor that should be returned by your
queries, but 20000 bytes is very small volume for sort files.
