To be clear, Firebird v1 will ensure that a database is only openned by
one server instance, and will abort the file open if the file is already
accessed -- thus it will 'reject' inconsistent connection strings.

Also, this feature/fix will only appear in the next Firebird release
"Release Candidate 1" (RC1) which should be available in the next week.
