Hi Erik
This has been fixed, initially it was a skip to record X, but after a
discussion it will now perform as skip X rows.
I how you don't mind but I've cc'ed this to the newsgroups, as it is
likely to be a common question.
A new release of Firebird 1.0.0 RC1 should be out fairly soon.
