Am I supposed to be able to have users both directly accessing databases
locally and also accessing them remotely at the same time? Seem to be having
some problem with this and want to make sure its supposed to work before I
head off into my own code to track it down!

This is using FirebirdCS-0.9-4p1 on Linux (Mandrake 8.0).
