I have a customer whose FB server (0.9.4) won't start automatically. We
check Server Manager, and it says that the server is stopped. We can
click the "Start" button, and everything is fine, but it won't start up
automatically at boot time. In Server Manager, the Startup Mode is set
to "Automatic", so I don't understand what the problem is.

Any ideas?
