Hi, David. Can't boast with successful experience.

OS - Red Hat Linux release 7.1 (Seawolf)
Kernel 2.4.3-12 on an i686
glibc 2.2.2-10
Filesystem - ext2
LI-T1.0.0.368 Firebird Beta2

General large files are successfully created and appended, but
restore database of expected size about 2.5Gb failed on 2Gb limit.
If I remember right, it was said here some days ago that large
files support is not included into Linux builds yet and will be added
in a few days. But I can be mistaken.
