Im using firebird 1.0.0 beta2 the latest one from ibphoenix.com on RedHat
linux 7.1. so far I didn't change any page size and database page cache, so
Im using the default values. AFAIK I didnt touch any of the isc_config it's
some sort of downoad,install and run.
