Description of problem:

User 1
User 2
User 3
User 4

All users viewing the same record. User 1 changes the record. All
users re-query the data and they see the change.

User 2 changes the same record. All users re-query the data and all
but User 1 sees the change.

Is there a setting in the BDE or in Interbase to fix this?
