I have a problem with the Charater Set ASCII, when I create a database.
My Statement is

CREATE DATABASE 'd:\dmb\database\dmb.gdb'
USER 'sysdba' PASSWORD 'masterkey'
PAGE_SIZE 1024
DEFAULT CHARACTER SET ASCII;

We use in germany the letters "ß","ü","ä" and "ö". The IB Version from us is
V6.0.1.0.
When we make an insert with the letters "ß","ü","ä" and "ö" an error
occured.

arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation
-Cannot transliterate character between character sets
Statement failed, SQLCODE = -802

I think the ASCII Default set working wrong.
