I have a customer who's trying to connect to an IB server. They're
getting "Unknown Win32 Error 10061", which I believe meand "connection
refused".

They can ping the server just fine. I've checked their SERVICES file,
and it has the proper entry.

They mentioned to me that their computers are connected together over a
LAN, but through a Netgear RH348 ISDN router, instead of a hub. I was
wondering if that could be the source of the problem. I know that the
ISDN router does have some basic firewall protection, and perhaps that
is disallowing the connection to port 3050?

If anyone knows about this, I'd appreciate it.
