Since (like it or not) moving to Firebird is already an undertaking in
which someone should expect some adjustments, I say make it an error in
FB1. I say this as an exception to my standing opinion which is to always
give people fair warning before a change breaks existing code. (I love the
deprecated notices in Javaland.)
