Lester,
WRT you locked files, I think Geoff may be right about DrWatson.
For me, W2k is what I use for development and what actually suggest them
to use; otherwise, they are going to use Win98SE o ME, go figure!
had to reboot the machine other than shutting it down at the end of the
day when I go home.
I must have been lucky! <g>
