Hi,

I'm new to both IB and MIDAS. The gds32.dll is not thread safe, so could I:

1. safely place a pair of TIBDatabase & TIBTransaction components on a RDM in an app server to serve a few clients?

2. create new RDM, place new data access components and refer to the same pair of TIBDatabase & TIBTransaction on the first RDM? Or do I need to place another pair of TIBDatabase & TIBTransaction on the newly created RDM?

Thanks for any assistance in advance. If this is not the proper place to ask my questions, please point me to the correct NG.
