Hi Claudio,
probably customer was the wrong word. It's only a person (company) who
evaluates IB LogManager and he got this error during the logging preparation
process of his database. So the only thing I can is to *suggest* him to
upgrade to IB5.6 or IB6/Firebird. But I fear I couldn't have any influence
on his decision.
