Since many time, I am searching a solution to control how much users are
connected on database.
I know there is a api to get it, but this api when used in an server/service
app on NT, crashs IB Server.
If used on client app, it also crashs IB Server.

For sample, I need IB server only accept until 10 connections from users.
From 11th connection in forward, I need that IB Server doesn´t accept.

May someone give me a secure solution to this case? Does the licence api
could to do this work?

Has someone one solid solution working, including cases as crash or freezing
workstations?
