I am running the SS 0.9.4 version for both machines. The Linux Box
(Cobalt Qube) initially came with Borland's Interbase CS 6. I
removed that and installed the Firebird 0.9.4 RPM. The Firebird SS
installation on the Cobalt is working properly. The only problem I
have now is connecting to it from Windows via IBConsole.

The error message you see below is the exact message IBConsole
displays when I attempt to connect to the Linux box.
