why do I get this all the time:
no permission for read/select access to table WT_PERS

even when I have this in my code:

isc_expand_dpb(&dpb, &dpb_length, isc_dpb_user_name, "SYSDBA",
isc_dpb_password, "masterkey", NULL);

???
