I'm new to this list. This is the first question I post.

I'm currently using Delphi with Paradox/dbf tables. How does Interbase
compare when searching for one record using a keyed field ? I've been told
that local tables are faster for table lookups BUT IB is faster for more
complicated queries.

Any info on performance for IB (vs MS SQL) ?
