Yup, I also using IBConsole get an error 10061 but I am not sure this
is a Windows error, a TCP/IP error or an IB error.

I am going to check Microsofts Knowledgebase for those two error
numbers, and see if I can find out what they are. It will probably
just refer me to my network supervisor -- but I am the network
supervisor.
