Actually, if gstat doesn't tell you I think
that means that forced writes are on.
I am pretty darn sure that all versions of
SCO I ever installed (starting with v3.3)
had forced writes on by default. I think
Windows was the only non-forced-writes as
default platform until the release of 6.0.
Why is it important to know in this case?
